Extra Penalties	8 Hour course of DUI school If BAC 0.18% or more, a fine of $100 Install Breath Interlock Device for 3 to 6 months

DUI 2nd Offense
Jail	10 days to 6 months
Community Service	100 to 200 hours
Fines	$675 to $1175
License Suspension	1 year
Extra Penalties	DUI Assessment program Breath interlock device for 6 to 12 months $35 of civil penalty

DUI 3rd Offense
Jail	1 to 6 years
Fines	$2085 to $5085
License Suspension	3 years
Extra Penalties	Breath interlock device for 12 to 36 months $35 of civil penalty
