Michael Phillips has vigorously defended hundreds of individuals accused of drunk driving - from first offenses to DUI manslaughter. He has dedicated his legal career to fighting for justice and fairness for "the little guy" and he takes pride in the fact that he has never prosecuted individuals or represented to government. Because DUI defense is so complicated, a substantial portion of his criminal practice is devoted to drunk driving defense which allows him to commit resources for cutting-edge DUI defense.
