Kim Wollenberg Burgess
Kim Burgess graduated from UC Berkeley as an undergraduate in 1979. Following her 1984 graduation from Hastings College of Law, Kim went to work in the District Attorneys office. Kim also worked in the Public Defenders Office.
Kim knows how the District Attorney thinks and exactly what she needs to do to best defend your case.
Kim Burgess practices in Alameda, Contra Costa and San Joaquin counties. At the Courts request, Kim acts as a Judge Pro Tem in both traffic and small claims cases. Kim is a member of the California Bar Association, the Alameda County Bar Association, the California DUI Lawyers Association (previously known as the Deuce Defenders) and the Women Defenders.
Kim Burgess regularly takes classes to keep current on changes in the law and to learn new defense techniques.
