Aaron R. Bortel
Aaron R. Bortel is a well-known and respected DUI lawyer, practicing in San Francisco and throughout the Bay area. Aaron has dedicated most of his practice to the defense of people accused of driving under the influence of alcohol and or drugs. Aaron has an impressive history of achieving client goals i.e. winning DUI cases, winning DMV hearings and saving drivers licenses.
Aaron received his undergraduate degree, from the University of California, Santa Barbara and his law degree from the Golden Gate University in 1992. Aaron has been practicing law, and in specific, DUI defense law, for over 12 years. Mr. Bortel has successfully handled cases in State, Federal and Juvenile courts.
Aaron Bortel is a member of the National College of DUI Defense, the California DUI lawyers Association, the California Attorneys for Criminal Justice, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Bar Association of San Francisco.
Aaron has successfully completed training for the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration DWI Detection Standardized Field Sobriety Testing Program and regularly attends conferences on all aspects of DUI/DWI law.
