UNDER-21 DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE
§ 23140. Under-21 Driving Under the Influence.
(a) If you are under 21, it is illegal for you to drive with a blood alcohol content of .05 or greater.
(b) You can be convicted under this section if you were under 21 and drove under the influence of alcohol, regardless of whether a chemical test was performed to determine your blood alcohol content.
(c) If you are convicted under this section, your court records will be available to the public just like any other arrest record.
