DRIVER’S LICENSE REVOCATION FOR UNDER-18 DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE
§ 13352.3. License Revocation for under-18 DUI.
(a) If you are convicted of DUI while under 18, the DMV will revoke your driver’s license immediately.
(b) You don’t get your license back:
(1) until you turn 18;
(2) for one year; or
(3) until your revocation/suspension period because of something else is over.
The DMV will choose whichever one of these results in the longest period of time.
