OPEN ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTAINER IN VEHICLE PASSENGER COMPARTMENT
§ 23226. Keeping Opened Alcohol Container in Passenger Compartment.
(a) It is illegal for a driver or passenger to keep an opened alcoholic beverage container in the passenger compartment of a motor vehicle.
(b) This section does not apply to living quarters of housecars or campers.
