IGNITION INTERLOCK DEVICE
§ 13202.8. Installation of an Ignition Interlock Device
If you are convicted of any of the violations mentioned in § 13202.5, you may have to install a certified ignition interlock device, which requires you to breath into a machine (like a police “breathalyzer”) that controls whether or not you can start your car.
