DRIVER’S LICENSE SUSPENSION FOR DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE
§ 13352.6. License Suspension DUI.
(a) The DMV will suspend your driver’s license if you are convicted of DUI. You may not get your license back until you have completed a DUI program.
(b) If you have to attend a DUI program, you cannot get credit for past DUI programs you may have attended. You will have to attend a new program.
