PARTICIPATION IN DUI PROGRAM IS REQUIRED
§ 23520. Required Participation in Alcohol or Drug Education Program; Fees.
Participation and completion of DUI or drug programs are mandatory. The programs are at your expense, or at your parents’ expense if you are a minor. Fees for the program can be made in installments. If you meet certain requirements showing you cannot afford the fees for the program, the fees can be waived.
